Tia Jade was born in Wakefield on September 08, 1992, a beautiful little girl, red hair and always smiling, a perfect baby. She will always be remembered by all her friends and family as a beautiful funny girl. And sadly missed by her loving family. Always in our thoughts and hearts and never forgotten.
